  • Your order doesn't match the item descriptions or photos
  • Your item arrived damaged
  • Your item couldn't be delivered, arrived late, or was lost in transit

We've got your back if something goes wrong. Here's how it works:

File a Return

  • Please contact us via email (SUPPORT@AUMOO.COM). For the items you want to return, please inform us of the reason for your return so that we can provide you with better service next time!
Return process
  • Simply mail your package to the nearest USPS, UPS! Your first return on every order is free! All eligible items may be returned in original condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. To avoid additional shipping costs and minimize the environmental impact of multiple returns, we recommend that you choose to return items together. Please ship your package within 7 days of submitting your return.

Get Refunded

  • If your order is eligible for Aumoo Purchase Protection Program, you'll be refunded for your item(s). You may choose to receive the refund to your  credit or your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation when the refund is done.
