In order to ensure that you get the best products, each product is delivered to you after being personally inspected by the team members of AUMOO! Even though we try our best to ensure that the products you buy are in perfect condition when they arrive, we cannot completely avoid accidents. If you find any problem with the product, please take a photo of the problem within 10 days after receiving the product, and contact us immediately. AUMOO will have a special person to provide you with the service of product replacement.
If you have missed the above 10 day return and replacement period, please rest assured that we will provide you with the most reassuring guarantee - as long as you provide us with proof of the problem within the 6-month maintenance period, you can replace your goods with the same model, and the replacement is limited to one time. AUMOO will have a special person to follow up and seek solutions for you to ensure that you are satisfied with our service.
If I don't like the product I bought, can I return it?
If you want to return your products, please contact us within ten days after receiving the goods (according to the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable) to ask for the reason for return, and we will give you guidance and follow up the return situation. We only accept one-time returns. Return without prior notice will not be accepted. The money returned will be refunded according to your payment method. If you use a credit card/transfer credit card or a bank account to pay, PayPal (our credit card settlement service provider) may take a while to process credit transactions with your bank. Please note that the customer is responsible for all costs involved in the return. Before we receive the returned package, the customer is responsible for the risk. Therefore, we recommend customers to choose registered or traceable mail service when sending back packages, in case of any damage or loss during the transportation.
Product return and exchange restrictions:
1. Please note that since personalized products are your exclusive creative works, all personalized products can only be returned 50% of the amount of goods (after deducting discount and freight).
2. There are different return, replacement and maintenance rules for the ultraviolet sterilizer.
3. The freight or express freight is not refundable.
4. For cash on delivery orders, we only accept exchange or refund of purchase points.
5. If the order is purchased from a store (except Shanghai, China and South Korea), we will only accept a refund on the day of purchase (subject to the purchase date on the document). If the order is purchased from the stores in Shanghai, China and South Korea, we will accept a refund within ten days (subject to the purchase date on the document). Please bring the unopened product and the original receipt to Linmen City for return.
6. All products purchased from the collection series, the golden telephone bug 3D stereo AirPods Pro protective shell and the special price zone will not be refunded or returned under any circumstances.
7. If the original products have been discontinued or out of stock, we will arrange replacement with similar products. In case of any dispute, AUMOO reserves the right of final decision.
What if I receive a product with a problem?
Please rest assured that we will provide you with the most reassuring guarantee. If the product you received has problems, please contact us and provide relevant photos as proof. Once confirmed, we will immediately arrange for you to replace the same product. If the products you need to replace are out of production or out of stock, we will provide you with similar products to replace them.
Do you have product quality assurance service?
We provide a six-month one-time warranty service for most AUMOO products. If the product you purchased has problems within the 6-month maintenance period, please contact us and provide relevant photos, order numbers or receipts. If you are a gold member, you can extend the product warranty to 12 months. If you find any problem with the product, once verified, you can replace the same product once for free. AUMOO will have a special person to follow up and seek solutions for you to ensure that you are satisfied with our service.
Product quality assurance service limit:
To the extent permitted by applicable laws, the quality assurance service of AUMOO products is subject to the following terms and regulations:
AUMOO Maintenance Policy Notice:
-The maintenance service does not apply to scratches or any damage caused by normal aging or natural wear and tear of the product.
-Damage caused by human or accident is not covered.
-Lost or stolen products will not be replaced or refunded.
-Screen savers, lens protectors, skateboards, clothes, gold phone bug 3D AirPods Pro case, limited edition suits and Art toys are not insured.
-Products purchased at AUMOO employee discount or employee points are not insured.
The service coverage is limited to the products purchased on the official website of AUMOO or in the stores. Other products (such as mobile phones or tablets) will not be accepted.
If you use the product maintenance service for six months after the ten day unconditional return/replacement maintenance period, no refund is allowed.
Freight or express freight is not refundable.
The UV mobile phone sterilizer and other designated products have special warranty policies.
If the original products have been discontinued or out of stock, we will arrange replacement with similar products.
